We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of roasting.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.

What is your return policy on coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

How should I store my DOMA coffee to keep it fresh?

Store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile of the beans.
